Tammy is a real estate broker, specializing in association management. She focuses on integrity, in all that she does, transparency and communication, as these are fundamental to a good working relationship. She has been in commercial property management and association management since 2010. She has worked on commercial and residential associations, as well as facilities management, and commercial property management. She is dedicated to working for owners and tenants to ensure their buildings are maintained where they are inviting for the clientele.

Tammy has worked on projects ranging from re-roofs, HVAC/RTU replacements, shake shingle replacement, asphalt and concrete, furniture, painting, hail claims, construction defect, and annexations, to name a few. This is made possible by using vendors who are focused on performing their work the right way, so it lasts. Tammy has also successfully obtained funding for some of these higher cost projects for the communities she has served.

Tammy and her husband are avid animal lovers, and have 3 indoor cats and 2 dogs, plus 30 feral cats that they care for. She is passionate about her faith and her family, two things that have shaped and formed who she is today.

Joy Allison has 40 years of property management experience, ranging from residential to commercial. She is the very definition of professional and can handle any type of property. She has assisted with lease renewals, found tenants for vacant spaces, resolves conflict efficiently and quickly, is proactive, vendor coordination for maintenance needs and meticulous to detail. She maximizes property values and income while delivering exceptional tenant experiences.

She is passionate about building relationships with landlords, tenants and vendors to create thriving areas of business in our beautiful city.

She has five children and four grand children which she adores and is very close to. She is frequently with her family, and they are one of the most important things to her.
